If you take **Pride in Belonging**, act with **Intelligence and Innovation**, and aim for **High-Level Results**, apply now for our open position for ***Backup Customer Service Agent*** — this is your place! **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via phone, e-mail, chat, or in person during peak demand periods or when other agents are unavailable; * Assist in resolving issues and ensure uninterrupted service delivery; * Temporarily replace absent agents (e.g., vacations, leave), maintaining service quality; * Log and track service requests, ensuring accurate information and timely client updates on request status; * Reduce backlog during call volume surges, always meeting established deadlines; * Collaborate with the team to identify improvements in service processes and participate in training to enhance service delivery. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred (minimum 6 months); * Basic familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable. * Driver's License — Category B * Personal Vehicle Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$1.836,48 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver's license?
