Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to work in the finance department, interfacing with the executive board, providing customer service, and supporting daily financial operations. Support in accounts payable and receivable and reconciliations **FINANCIAL ASSISTANT** We are looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative professional to join our finance team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain interface with the Executive Board and other departments to resolve requests; * Provide customer service for financial matters; * Clarify inquiries regarding bank slips (boletos), invoices, and payments; * Send duplicate bank slips (boletos), invoices, and other documents; * Negotiate outstanding financial obligations and follow up on overdue accounts; * Register and track requests in the system; * Support routine accounts payable and accounts receivable activities; * Perform financial reconciliations; * Organize documents and physical files when necessary. **Desired Profile:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to handle administrative and financial tasks; * Experience in financial routines is a plus. **Job Details:** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Starting fixed salary: R$ 1.875,00 **Benefits:** * Food allowance * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Breakfast at the office * Transportation allowance * 50% discount at Zona Criativa * 30% discount at Mastercomfort / Pillowtex Mattresses Join our team!
