Bank and credit card reconciliation processes ***Responsibilities:*** * Request debtor rehabilitation from credit protection agencies; * Portfolio management (bill issuance, credit adjustments); * Bank return and bank remittance processing; * Credit analysis; * Release of non-conformities; * Deposit verification; * Deposit confirmation; * Invoice grouping; * Record actions taken during debtor contact; * Set payment promise dates; * Prepare collection closure reports; * Credit card reconciliation; ***Requirements:*** Experience in corporate and individual collections, including protests.
