Job Summary: Responsible for customer collections, monitoring accounts receivable, generating bank slips, organizing motorcycle courier routes, monitoring equipment losses, and negotiating to reduce delinquency. Key Highlights: 1. Handling collections and monitoring accounts receivable. 2. Negotiating and reaching agreements with customers to reduce delinquency. 3. Organizing collection routes and monitoring losses. Main Responsibilities: \- Conduct customer collections using spreadsheets and internal systems; \- Monitor and track accounts receivable; \- Generate bank slips and send them to customers; \- Organize and monitor the motorcycle courier collection route; \- Monitor equipment loss management; \- Handle negotiations and agreements with customers; \- Reduce the provider's delinquency rate. Experience in collections and basic computer skills are preferred.
