At Nexus Contact Center, you will develop communication, negotiation, and customer service skills in an environment that values growth and daily learning. **Responsibilities** * Support credit recovery (proactive and reactive) * Assist in telephone customer service * Support development of client communication * Learn and apply negotiation techniques * Support the team in operational routines **Requirements** * Must be at least 16 years old * Must be enrolled in high school during morning hours * Good communication skills and willingness to learn * Proactive and committed * Enjoy working in a team * Must reside in **São José/SC** **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * 4 hours per day (20 hours per week) * Hours: 2:20 PM to 6:20 PM **Internship Stipend and Benefits** * Internship stipend: up to R$ 750.00 (paid on the 5th business day) * Transportation allowance **Here, you learn, grow, and advance with us.** *Interested?
