Visit www.sabin.com.br or follow us on our official social media channels: LinkedIn Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| Instagram @sabinmedicinadiagnostica \| Facebook Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage departmental document files * Organize documents * Serve external and internal customers with quality, efficiency, and friendliness * Support administrative processes inherent to the area * Provide and receive information regarding products and services * Handle various types of documents, complying with all required procedures * Enter data into spreadsheets * Organize invoices * Archive invoices * Fill in invoice codes according to the table defined in the contract * Serve internal and external customers with quality, efficiency, and friendliness * Serve all internal and external customers courteously and respectfully * Attend 100% of trainings to which you are summoned by the organization * Preserve and safeguard company assets * Understand the company’s vision and mission * Comply with company regulations and those applicable to your area of operation * Uphold ethics and discipline within the company * Apply the 5S methodology * Perform other tasks related to the above, at the discretion of your immediate supervisor **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Preferred experience in administrative functions and laboratory customer service * Minimum 6 months’ experience in administrative roles **Additional Information** Knowledge of SHIFT Prior experience in a laboratory setting is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) A healthcare reference, distinguished in people management and female leadership, committed to sustainable best practices and active in the communities where it operates, Grupo Sabin was founded in the federal capital in 1984, driven by the courage and determination of two entrepreneurs—Janete Vaz and Sandra Soares Costa.
