Promote courses, confirm the schedule with the instructor, generate course attendance lists, and provide support to participants/students.
Prepare course control and participant/student quantification reports.
Monitor and track course progress. Create, distribute, and manage course satisfaction surveys; generate and send course certificates.
Promote courses via WhatsApp Business by entering information and brochures into the catalog and updating status monthly;
Confirm the course schedule with instructors by sending an email containing the timetable and obtaining their confirmation of attendance, as required;
Monitor the weekly course schedule to execute class closures;
Generate course attendance lists based on contracts downloaded from the ClickSign system, filling out an Excel form with participant/student information, manually validating attendance on the course day, and forwarding the list to internal consultants as needed;
Provide support to participants/students by sending necessary information, timetables, and class links via email as required;
Prepare course control and participant/student quantification reports in Excel, entering required information and emailing them to the area coordination and management as needed;
Monitor course progress via WhatsApp group, adding participants, posting information and teaching materials, answering questions, and proposing interventions for technical issues as required;
Create and distribute course satisfaction surveys using Outlook Forms, editing, adding, and/or removing questions (when necessary), and sending the survey link to participants and instructors via WhatsApp at the end of the course as required;
Track course satisfaction surveys by compiling responses and scores in Word and emailing them to instructors, coordination, and area management as required;
Generate and send course certificates using Foxit Reader, inserting participant/student data and delivering the PDF file to students as required;
Provide support for event venue locations — Auditorium and Party Hall — and Business School classrooms, during evenings and occasionally on weekends.
