




Job Summary: Professional responsible for reception, telephone support, file organization, administrative procurement, and general financial and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Support in financial routines, accounting, and contract drafting. **Description of tasks the professional will perform**Description of tasks the professional will perform 1\) Reception of visitors; 2\) Telephone support, directing calls to appropriate departments; 3\) Answering the company intercom and identifying visitors; 4\) Maintaining physical and digital files organized; 5\) Receiving correspondence and distributing it appropriately; 6\) Procuring office supplies for administrative departments; 7\) Assisting with bank reconciliation; 8\) Assisting with Accounts Payable management; 9\) Assisting with Accounts Receivable management; 10\) Assisting with collection and negotiation with delinquent customers; 11\) Travel expense tracking and registration; 12\) Drafting commercial representation contracts; 13\) Drafting termination agreements for commercial representation; 14\) Supporting other administrative team members’ routines to ensure operational efficiency of the office. 15\) Keeping the reception area and office organized and clean. **Requirements** Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferred) Behavioral Competencies: Organization, proactivity, leadership, interpersonal relationship, problem solving, adaptability, results orientation Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2\.180,00 per month Work Location: On-site
