




Job Summary: Responsible for in-person and telephone customer service, managing requests from lot acquisition through full payment, including collections and negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Daily Responsibilities: * Responsible for in-person and telephone customer service; handle requests from lot acquisition through full payment: collections, negotiations, issuance of invoices, installment updates, sending payment receipts, monthly customer list for credit reporting, telephone list for SMS collection notifications, collection email dispatch. Required Qualifications: * Completed High School education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in the administrative field. Working Hours: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday \- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
