Andersen Consulting is a global consulting practice integrating corporate strategy, digital transformation, and AI-driven technology solutions, combined with Andersen Global’s renowned expertise in tax, legal, valuation, and international mobility services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute billing processes in the system for inter-establishment transfers, shipments, sales to customers, intercompany transactions, and returns. * Verify the need for advance collection of ICMS and PIN\-SUFRAMA. * Print and verify MDFe documents. * Maintain Excel spreadsheets for departmental control. * Compare issued fiscal documents against transport documents to prevent release of invoices destined for customers/and other locations. * Ensure all outgoing shipments are supported by DANFE and, where applicable, MDF\-e, GNRE, PIN SUFRAMA, or CTe. * Issue correction letters (license plate, seal, and additional data) when necessary. * Execute procedures for canceling fiscal invoices, verifying applicable tax regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of administrative activities and fiscal receipt handling. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Referral bonus for new employees or clients; * Transportation Voucher (VT) * Meal Voucher (VR) * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Educational Incentive * Daycare Assistance *Matched?
