Job Summary: Work as an Active Sales and Collections Operator, negotiating with customers, identifying opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction with high quality and agility. Position: Active Sales and Collections Operator Company: SUPERSIM ANÁLISE DE DADOS E CORRESPONDENTE BANCÁRIO LTDA. Location: On-site, Pinheiros area, near Sumaré Station (Green Line) Schedule: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a 1-hour break, Monday through Saturday (alternate Saturdays; on working Saturdays, work remotely). Responsibilities: \*Conduct sales or collections processes by phone with pre-registered customers; \*Provide customer service via telephone (automatic dialer); \*Identify value-generation opportunities during negotiations; \*Deliver high-quality service while consistently pursuing customer satisfaction and process agility, and whenever possible, convert interactions into approvals. \*Follow established protocols for call execution and logging of interactions; \*Achieve operational metrics such as productivity, service quality, conversion rate, among others. Requirements: \*Proven experience in telephone sales or collections; \*Excellent written and verbal communication skills; \*Ability to work under high pressure and meet targets; \*Technical knowledge of negotiation and conversion techniques; \*Interest and availability to work ON-SITE in the Pinheiros neighborhood, near Sumaré Metro Station (Line 2/Green), São Paulo/SP; \*Availability to work Monday through Saturday (alternate Saturdays; on working Saturdays, work remotely), within the time frame of 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a 1-hour break).
