Support for customer certification and testing during onboarding **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST (FINTECH) BRAZIL HOME OFFICE** **Job Description:** We are seeking professionals whose primary mission is to ensure the availability, security, and stability of customer integrations, provide real-time incident resolution for customers, and monitor critical transactions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor and resolve failure alerts and incidents in production environments. • Support customers via WhatsApp, providing technical assistance regarding APIs, integrations, and financial transactions. • Reproduce and document error scenarios for analysis by the development team. • Support customer certification and testing during technical onboarding. • Ensure complete documentation of all support interactions and perform follow-up until final resolution. • Escalate to internal teams and partner banks in critical cases. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or holding a technical or undergraduate degree in IT or related fields. Prior experience in technical support for systems, preferably in fintechs, digital banks, or SaaS companies. Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP status codes, and integration logs. Intermediate to advanced English (especially for written communication and reading technical documentation). Basic understanding of databases and monitoring tools. **Minimum Education Level:** Technical School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Model: 8-hour shifts per day, working "one day on / one day off".
