Inclusion drives us.** Merchandise Restocking Apprentice We seek young individuals eager to **begin their professional journey**, learn through practice, and develop in a welcoming, organized, and collaborative environment. As a **Merchandise Restocking Apprentice**, you will support store operational routines, contributing to product organization and an excellent customer experience, always under team supervision and guidance. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in restocking products on shelves, gondolas, and displays; * Help organize products according to the store layout; * Check expiration dates and flag damaged or expired items; * Support accurate product pricing; * Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing merchandise; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas; * Support promotional activities and organization of additional sales points. What We Seek: * Organization and attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment to schedules and tasks; * Willingness to learn and develop professionally; * Good interpersonal skills and teamwork. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Enrolled in and attending the Young Apprentice Program (partner institution); * Basic computer skills. Additional Information: * Apprenticeship contract as per Law No. 10.097/2000; * Daily working hours of 4 to 6 hours, depending on the program; * Supervised work, focused on learning and development; * Possibility of permanent hiring and professional growth upon contract completion, subject to performance and available opportunities. ✨ Here, learning is part of the job.
