Job Summary: This professional will assist the Operations Assistant in their duties, performing workforce management, warehouse cleaning, and various loading and unloading operations, while ensuring equipment integrity and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in various operational and workforce management tasks. 2. Responsible for the integrity of cargo and equipment. 3. Perform loading and unloading operations in Santos/SP. JOIN OUR \#BIGDREAM TOO! RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Operations Assistant in their duties. Manage operational workforce during activities (e.g., forklift operator/team leader), as required. Perform and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Conduct optical scanning of cargo. Verify cargo stacking during storage. Load cargo onto transport vehicles in a manner that preserves its integrity and characteristics during transit. Inspect loaded cargo to authorize vehicle departure for shipment. Perform loading according to the vessel’s scheduled shipment sequence. Perform pallet counting and apply corner protectors (where applicable). Ensure the integrity of equipment used throughout the work shift (e.g., data collector, radio). Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE) when moving within operational areas or designated locations. Perform coupling and uncoupling of the tractor to the special trailer. REQUIREMENTS Completed high school education and/or currently enrolled.
