Full unit management, including team, targets, and quality Description: Requirements and Skills * Completed high school education; undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) is a plus; * Proven experience in sales management and team leadership; * Excellent organizational skills (multitasking and planning) and communication skills; * Ability to make effective decisions; * Results-oriented mindset, with emphasis on service quality; * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. Job Responsibilities * Manage monthly and decadal targets, as well as develop action plans to achieve them; * Monitor KPIs; * Serve customers to address inquiries and handle other matters related to the services and treatment provided by the company; * Uphold unit standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and adherence to all applicable inspection protocols; * Manage necessary supplies for the unit under their leadership; * Serve as the company's spokesperson and advocate for its guidelines among internal and external customers; * Proactively pursue partnerships and lead referrals, developing and implementing strategies to meet unit targets; * Prepare work schedules and manage timekeeping for the team under their leadership; * Ensure customer service quality and efficiency; * Monitor and analyze unit performance, implementing improvements when necessary; * Perform cash reconciliation, requiring availability for flexible working hours; * Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive work environment; * Resolve issues while maintaining service excellence and safeguarding the company's reputation; * Maintain unit compliance with internal policies and regulations required by legislation; * Perform other related duties. 2512130202201917425
