Compliance with safety regulations We are hiring a Tractor Operator to maintain common areas of a condominium, operating tractors and support equipment safely and responsibly. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate tractor and implements for green area and internal road maintenance; * Perform grass cutting in large areas and other conservation activities; * Carry out equipment cleaning, inspection, and minor maintenance tasks; * Report the need for preventive and corrective machine maintenance; * Comply with safety regulations and support condominium conservation activities as required. **Requirements:** * Experience operating tractors; * Basic knowledge of preventive machine maintenance; * Responsibility, attention, and commitment; * Ability to work well in a team; * Valid driver's license class B or C. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary; * 20% Hazard Pay allowance; * Benefits according to company policy; Payment: R$2\.039,18 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work Location: On-site
