An Urban Planning and Infrastructure company is seeking a Building Technician in Caucaia. **Responsibilities:** Oversee infrastructure services, including vegetation removal, earthworks, drainage, SES, SAA, and RDE/IP. Oversee building construction services. Conduct field surveys. Monitor team productivity. Manage in-house and outsourced teams. Ensure quality and technical compliance of executed services. Previous experience as a Civil Construction Technician, Building Projects Technician, Construction Works Technician, or Structural Technician may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
