We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your key missions will be to serve as a guardian of our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Conduct periodic patrols across the facility to assess general risk points and monitor all areas of the shopping center; Ensure the opening and closing processes of the development through screening; Complete and issue reports using spreadsheets and the Integrated Operational System; Manage electronic equipment (radios, Segways, cameras) and request maintenance, including opening service tickets; Perform daily management of both organic and outsourced security teams; Conduct alignment meetings with both outsourced and organic teams; Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Private Security Management is preferred.
