**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Level:** Operational **Employment regime:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Coordinate, perform, and/or assist in performing typical tasks of the Evaluation, Inventory, Sales, and Cashier departments to streamline workflow. * Conduct goal-alignment meetings with the work team. * Perform tasks related to Personnel Administration and People Management **Requirements:** * Knowledge of the company's purpose, vision, values, policies, and objectives * Knowledge of consignment sales contracts * Basic computer literacy * Internet and store computer systems * Understanding of the secondhand clothing market's specific characteristics * Familiarity with clothing brands and other merchandise sold in the store * Prior leadership or team management experience of at least 1 (one) year * Prior retail experience of at least 1 (one) year **Benefits:** Internal benefits, Transportation
