If you seek professional growth, real challenges, and the opportunity to join a company that values initiative, responsibility, and continuous evolution, Rainha is the right place for you. ### **Job Description** * **Store Manager** * **Fixed salary:** R$ 3\.700,00 * **Variable compensation:** 1% commission on revenue * **Benefit:** Co-payment health insurance plan * **Location:** Alto Araguaia, MT * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **Work mode:** 100% in-person * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM and 1:00 PM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM–12:30 PM ### **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure full store operation, maintaining organization, cleanliness, appropriate product display, and smooth operational processes. * Lead, supervise, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, productive work environment aligned with the company’s culture. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators—including revenue, margin, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction—and propose actions for continuous improvement and goal attainment. * Manage inventory, stocktaking, and replenishment to prevent stockouts, losses, and discrepancies. * Oversee store administrative processes, including cash register opening and closing, financial transaction reconciliation, and report generation. * Maintain high standards of customer service to strengthen loyalty and ensure a positive shopping experience. ### **Desired Profile** * Completed high school education; undergraduate degree is considered a plus. * Proven experience in store management and team leadership. * Proactive, organized, and strongly results-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and conflict management capability. * Familiarity with basic computer tools, Excel, sales systems, or ERP software. ### **What We Expect from This Professional** We seek a manager with an owner’s mindset, results orientation, and people leadership skills—capable of translating goals into practical actions and ensuring daily operational excellence in the store.
