Store Assistant

Description

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support daily store operations, collaborate with the team, and thereby deliver an excellent experience to our customers; * Assist sales associates in customer service; * Assist customers in the fitting room with garments and suggestions for outfit combinations; * Perform garment pressing; * Assist customers with checkout at the register when necessary; * Carry out daily tasks including product restocking, organizing the sales area, and pricing products; * Organize the sales area and display windows according to VM standards when requested; * Maintain a clean store and organized sections; * Assist in picking products for online sales; * Provide telephone customer service support when necessary; * Support receiving merchandise or inter-store transfers (packing, organizing products, labeling, etc.); * Stay informed through the company's communication channels. **QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:** * High school diploma; * Experience in face-to-face and online customer service; * Proficiency in using digital tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work on weekends and on a 6x1 schedule. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
