If you want to build your industrial career by working across different stages of footwear production, join our Young Apprentices Program. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Safely perform tasks on the production line following provided instructions; * Carry out multifunctional activities offered by the institution, linking course knowledge with practical application. * Assist in organizing the department. * Maintain cleanliness, preservation, and organization of your workplace, machines, and equipment, following instructions and reporting irregularities to your immediate supervisor; * Use tools and equipment appropriately. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Availability to work during the following shifts: * Shift 1: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM Professional Practice / 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Academic Phase * Shift 2: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM Professional Practice / 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Academic Phase Democrata is a company focused on innovation, consumer satisfaction, and expansion.
