We are looking for a **Senior Software Quality Analyst** to join our Software Development team, which applies agile methodologies to build a comprehensive solutions platform for the laundry industry, integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technologies — join our team! Requirements: * Solid experience with QA processes and test automation. * Hands-on experience testing web, mobile, and firmware applications. * Ability to design test frameworks and architectures. * Experience with continuous integration and complex CI/CD pipelines. * Strong knowledge of test design for high scalability and security. * Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile practices. Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications or courses in QA (e.g., CTFL, CTFL\-AT). * Experience with RESTful services and API testing. * Proficiency in IoT, firmware, and mobile application testing. * Experience with tools such as Robot Framework, Cucumber, SoapUI, Selenium, Cypress, etc. * Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices (TDD, BDD, Code Review, Pair Programming). * T\-shaped profile with broad product vision and cross-disciplinary collaboration. * Experience mentoring teams and defining quality standards. * In-depth knowledge of agile and DevOps practices. * Ability to influence architectural and product quality decisions. Responsibilities: * Define global quality strategies for complex products. * Lead automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. * Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, promoting best practices. * Serve as a technical reference in QA and reliability. * Actively contribute to test architecture design and CI/CD integration. * Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements. Schedule and Work Mode: * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (or negotiable). * Work Mode: Remote (work from anywhere with internet access!).
