Senior Software Architect

Description

Description: Design and evolve corporate system architectures (monoliths, microservices, and complex integrations); Define development standards, API governance, and best practices for versioning and security; Support technical teams in selecting technologies, frameworks, and methodologies; Plan and oversee migrations of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures; Ensure application observability (logs, metrics, tracing, alerts); Support infrastructure and DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containers, and deployment automation; Conduct technical code reviews and mentor senior developers; Actively participate in IT strategic planning alongside management and technical coordinators. Requirements: Solid experience in software architecture and full-stack development (minimum 7 years of technology experience); Proficiency in Node.js, .NET, or Java; Experience with microservices, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and RESTful / GraphQL APIs; In-depth knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis); Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines; Knowledge of event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations; Best practices in information security, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO), and LGPD; Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); Ability to model technical and architectural documentation (C4 Model, UML, Swagger, etc.). **Differentiators** Certifications in software architecture or cloud (AWS/Azure/Google); Experience in API governance and DevSecOps; Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible); Experience in enterprise integrations with ERPs, CRMs, or back-office systems; Participation in technical communities or open source; Prior experience in highly complex corporate environments. **Soft Skills** Technical leadership profile with systemic vision and results orientation; Excellence in technical and interpersonal communication; Ability to influence strategic decisions and guide teams collaboratively; Mindset focused on innovation, security, and scalability.
