INEOS Styrolution is wholly owned by the INEOS Group. **Current Opportunity** **Job Title:** Senior Accountant Analyst **Location:** São Paulo, Brazil **Role Summary** This is an operational role, ideal for professionals in a development phase, responsible for managing daily financial operations in accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring process accuracy, efficient cash flow control, and compliance with internal company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments * Manage customer billing, collections, and credit control * Monitor cash flow, track inflows and outflows, and support cash planning * Perform account reconciliations (suppliers and customers) and resolve discrepancies * Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports (e.g., aging and cash flow) * Communicate\-with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment or billing issues * Support financial compliance, audits, and internal controls * Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures * Prepare documentation and provide data analysis for decision-making **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent) * 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or shared services * Practical experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or similar functions * Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and controls * Experience with billing, payments, collections, and reconciliations * Strong analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy * SAP and MS Excel knowledge is desirable * Good communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively **We Have Incredible Chemistry** We believe diversity is about recognizing differences; inclusion is about valuing them.
