Security Supervisor

We are hiring for the position of Security Supervisor at General Shopping's development — join our team! Job details: * Work location: Outlet Premium Imigrantes (Estrada da Cama Patente, 2375 \- Alvarenga \- São Bernardo do Campo) * Shift schedule: 5x1 (Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) — Availability for covering leaves and vacations is required when necessary. * Benefits: Amil Health Insurance with co-payment, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Meal Voucher (R$ 31.85\), Transportation Voucher, SESC partnership, and TotalPass. Mandatory requirements: Completed high school education, relevant work experience, certified security guard training, knowledge of CCTV systems, and basic knowledge of relevant legislation. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field will be considered an advantage. Prior experience in large-scale developments is required; experience in shopping centers is a plus. Responsibilities: * Conduct patrols throughout the mall and corridors; * Perform mall and store opening and closing procedures; * Monitor and accompany banks and jewelry stores; * Respond to incidents; * Document internal incidents; * Record incidents in the official logbook; * Prepare internal incident reports when necessary; * Report incident details to supervisors; * Ensure compliance with internal mall rules and procedures; * Contact competent authorities when necessary; * Maintain good relationships with store tenants, third-party service providers, and internal staff; * Provide courteous and helpful customer service; * Assist with administrative tasks related to the security department.
