Job Summary: The Weighbridge Operator will be responsible for operating mobile road weighbridge equipment and leading a team of three employees to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate assembly, disassembly, and operation of weighing sites. **Job Description** The Weighbridge Operator will be responsible for operating mobile road weighbridge equipment, ensuring accurate weighing of cargo vehicles. Additionally, the operator will lead a team of three employees, coordinating the assembly, disassembly, and operation of the weighing site, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with established operational procedures and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Weigh cargo vehicles using the mobile road weighbridge, ensuring measurement accuracy. * Record weights in appropriate systems, ensuring data integrity for fiscal and operational purposes. * Issue weighing tickets and other required documents. * Supervise and guide the team, assigning tasks and monitoring individual and collective performance. * Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and effective problem resolution. * Coordinate assembly and disassembly of the mobile road weighbridge and its components, ensuring correct installation and proper equipment functionality. * Ensure the operation site complies with current safety and operational standards. * Conduct regular inspections of weighing equipment, identifying needs for preventive or corrective maintenance. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace and used equipment. * Ensure all weighing operations comply with applicable legal regulations and company internal policies. * Implement and monitor safety procedures for the team and operations, promoting a workplace safety culture. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical or vocational courses related to the field will be considered an advantage. * Prior experience operating road weighbridges or similar equipment. * Experience leading operational teams. * Willingness to travel and work at various locations as required by operational needs. * Driver's license category B minimum, compatible with vehicles used in operations. **Working Conditions:** * Work in outdoor environments, subject to varying weather conditions. * Flexible working hours, possibly including night shifts and weekends, according to operational demand.
