**About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for managing the O Matuto Fogo & Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo & Mar units in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and state capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to deliver and share wonderful moments! **Position: Store Coordinator** **Location: O Matuto Expressa - Guarulhos** **Your daily menu:** Ensure all production follows standard recipes. Verify all products and labels in the store, ensuring no expired or unsuitable items for consumption are present. Monitor whether production and portioning have been correctly packaged and stored at appropriate locations and temperatures for each product. Also confirm that all items are labeled with product name, production date, expiration date, and the name of the person responsible for production. Complete equipment and food temperature logs, as well as cleaning logs for areas and equipment. Ensure food samples are collected. Conduct training for new employees. Monitor proper glove usage in designated areas. Supervise meat doneness, cooking methods, and weight; maintain fryers at established standard temperatures. Ensure timely oil and fat replacement in fryers. Perform counting and weighing of leftovers after store closing.
