Responsible for conducting internal audits to verify compliance with quality requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices, aiming to identify nonconformities and opportunities for improvement. Responsible for document management, investigation of nonconformities and customer complaints. Responsible for creating, updating, and distributing Quality Management System (QMS) documents, and delivering QMS-related training. * Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. * Develop and distribute Quality Management System documents. * Deliver training to employees on Quality Management System documentation. * Conduct internal and external audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and Good Manufacturing Practices. * Record and manage the customer complaint process, and report updates during weekly meetings with the Technical Support team. * Manage the change control process. * Monitor quality indicators and display them on communication boards. * Conduct quality onboarding for new employees. * Organize departmental files. * Execute the cleaning validation process for production areas. * Record and manage internal and external nonconformities. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
