Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our hotel team, responsible for procuring food, beverages, and general supplies to ensure efficient operational stocking. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier development and qualification We are seeking a **Purchasing Analyst** to join our hotel team, with proven experience in **procurement of food, beverages, and general supplies**, ensuring efficient stock replenishment across all operational departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Procure food, beverages, and general supplies (F\&B, cleaning, maintenance, office, amenities, etc.); * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality; * Develop, evaluate, and qualify suppliers; * Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels; * Analyze procurement costs, consumption patterns, and purchasing KPIs; * Ensure compliance with hospitality industry quality standards, delivery timelines, and applicable regulations; * Support operational departments in demand forecasting and restocking. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Purchasing Analyst, **preferably within a hotel environment**; * Hands-on experience in **F&B and general procurement for the hospitality industry**; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques, cost control, and supplier management; * Organized, analytical, and strong communication skills; * Familiarity with procurement/ERP systems is a plus. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
