**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be determined **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a Pedagogical Manager to work in Elementary and High School education. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC) and a passion for leading educational excellence within a large-scale school network. The primary objective is to coordinate and implement the pedagogical project for these educational segments, ensuring teaching\-learning process quality and compliance with national curriculum guidelines. The Pedagogical Manager will be responsible for: * Managing curriculum development and supervising BNCC and educational project implementation, ensuring learning progression in Elementary and High School; * Coordinating, guiding, and developing teachers and the entire pedagogical team, promoting classroom practice innovation and alignment; * Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of educational practices, using data management for diagnosis, intervention planning, and pathway correction; * Ensuring strict adherence to all pedagogical regulations, legislation, and curriculum activities; * Leading initiatives related to School Psychology and the integration of Educational Technologies to optimize the learning environment and student well-being. **Requirements:** Mandatory requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or Teacher Education programs; * Postgraduate specialization (Lato Sensu) in Pedagogical Coordination, School Management, or related fields; Desirable Experience: * Proven experience in managing and coordinating projects in Basic Education; * Experience working in Basic Education networks; * Proficiency in Educational Technology and Pedagogical Innovation tools; Legislative Knowledge: * Thorough understanding of the Guidelines and Frameworks Law (LDB), regulations issued by the National and State Councils of Education; * Knowledge of the State Law on Democratic Management and constitutional provisions applicable to education; Valuable Differentiators: * Experience participating in and developing Digital Education Systems and creating Didactic Materials for Basic Education; * Strong team leadership skills, particularly for high-performance teams, and excellence in communication. **Benefits:** Internal benefits
