**Job Mission:** Prepare and carry out painting services on fleet machines and equipment, ensuring finish quality, anticorrosive protection, and visual standardization in accordance with the company's technical criteria. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare metal surfaces for painting by performing sanding, cleaning, and primer application. * Apply paint to machines and equipment using spray guns, rollers, or brushes, depending on the required finish type. * Perform touch-ups and final finishing after equipment maintenance. * Ensure fleet visual standardization according to the company's colors and markings. * Correctly mix and prepare paints and solvents in accordance with technical specifications. * Ensure proper use of PPE and adequate ventilation in the painting area. * Identify surface damage or irregularities requiring prior correction. * Assist in moving parts and components to the painting department. * Clean and maintain tools and the work environment. * Apply equipment labeling/adhesive markings in accordance with company standards.
