Serves as the interface between the company and the client We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to join our expanding team in the JOÃO PESSOA \- PB region. **Responsibilities:** Supervises and organizes cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance services, as well as other related operations for a specific client. Manages staff roster, material flow, products, and equipment. Guides the team to improve service quality for the client. Serves as the interface between the company and the client, strengthening their relationship and identifying client needs. Possesses knowledge to resolve most issues within the area. Works under general supervision and may require guidance during certain phases of the activity. Develop work methodologies through detailed operational descriptions, productivity controls, monitoring of established goals and performance metrics in management reports and analyses. Conduct operational training for employees. **Our Offer:** 1\. Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (Monday to Saturday) **2\. Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Saturday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM **3\. Salary:** BRL 3,500.00 **4\. Meal Allowance:** BRL 600.00 per month 5.
