If you have leadership qualities, a results-oriented mindset, and passion for delivering outstanding support, this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Support customers with their needs, ensuring quick and effective solutions. * Organize and deliver uniforms on the first day for the outsourced team at the client site. * Visit each unit, spending one day onsite at each location to provide support and assistance regarding demands from outsourced employees. * Supervise and guide the outsourced team. * Ensure quality in customer interactions, acting as escalation point for complex issues. * Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in commercial, operational supervision or related areas. * Skills in team management, hiring, training, terminations, and conflict resolution. * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Knowledge of performance indicators and management tools. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Driver's License Category B. **What We Offer:** * Fixed Salary: R$ 4.000,00 * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 1.200 per month * Health and dental insurance after probation period. * Professional growth opportunities. * Company vehicle for travel between units.
