Job Summary: A professional responsible for the entire inventory management process, from receiving and organizing products to restocking the sales floor and maintaining warehouse cleanliness, ensuring items are well-organized and readily available. Key Highlights: 1. Complete inventory management and product organization 2. Assisting the sales team in locating products 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area * Receive products shipped from headquarters, unload them, and transport to the warehouse; * Arrange products on shelves in ascending numerical order, following the sequence: (women's\-children's\-men's\-footwear\-accessories); * Inspect and store products returned from the sales floor by sales staff; * Clean the warehouse, taking care to maintain a tidy area; * Organize and discard empty boxes that will not be reused; * Securely bundle cardboard boxes for loading, keeping them neatly arranged; * Identify products requiring restocking on the sales floor, select and prepare them in the warehouse, and make them ready for transport and restocking; * Handle products returned from fitting rooms by placing them back into their correct boxes with matching pairs—ensuring correct model and size; * Conduct inventory counts in the warehouse upon request; * Guide the sales team when they have questions or difficulty locating specific products. * Pay close attention and exercise caution during product tagging, following procedures to avoid damaging footwear/accessories; * Insert shoelaces when they arrive completely loose inside footwear boxes; * Assist in organizing the sales floor by properly storing footwear in their respective boxes and delivering them to the base of the stairs; * Assist with ad-hoc tasks at the unit, always keeping the workplace clean and organized; * Retrieve products from the cashier area upon request by a supervisor; * Resolve discrepancies in inventory that arise throughout the day; * Be available for travel when selected by the company; * Conduct inventory audits at units as needed; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.015,00 per month Work Location: On-site
