Maintenance Technician

Description

**Job Objective** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services in the common areas and systems of the residential condominium, ensuring proper operation of facilities, safety, preservation of assets, and residents' comfort. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform minor electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs. * Carry out preventive maintenance on condominium equipment and installations. * Replace light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers. * Repair faucets, valves, shut-off valves, and simple leaks. * Perform painting, masonry, and finishing work. * Supervise third-party service providers. * Inspect pumps, motors, automatic gates, and technical areas. * Keep tools and materials organized. * Record incidents and report maintenance needs to the building manager or concierge. * Ensure cleanliness and preservation of common areas and the machinery room. * Support layout changes, assembly tasks, and minor general services. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Prior experience in building or condominium maintenance. * Basic knowledge of: * Building electrical systems; * Plumbing; * Painting; * Masonry; * Preventive maintenance. * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications are desirable. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. **Desired Competencies** * Organization * Proactivity * Responsibility * Teamwork * Attention to safety * Agility in problem solving Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
