Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo & Mar units in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and state capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to deliver and share wonderful moments! **Position: Manager II** **Location: O Matuto Expressa - Americana Shopping** **Your Daily Menu:** Manage staff during your shift and build the weekly work schedule, maintaining team organization and efficiency; supervise staff to ensure proper uniforms, no accessories, well-groomed beards, and short nails; ensure achievement of purchasing targets and minimum inventory levels at the store. Submit purchase requests for kitchen utensils, uniforms, and PPEs; verify completion of all store worksheets (cleaning, receiving, temperature, meat waste). Inspect (visually, by tasting, and through monitoring) whether food production follows standard recipes. Ensure synchronization among dish assembly, meat preparation, parmegiana preparation, and optional item preparation, guaranteeing that all orders are always released complete; release dishes between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM at the service area (monitor product quality, timing, plating, and presentation); verify cash drawer balance and perform closing procedures (make bank deposits, verify, seal deposit envelopes, and sign all cash withdrawals).
