Job Summary: Coordinate and guide cleaning teams to ensure service quality, material management, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and supervision of the cleaning team. 2. Management of materials and monitoring of hygiene standards. 3. Training and ensuring team safety. Assign and direct daily cleaning tasks to the team. * Monitor and inspect completed services to ensure quality and hygiene standards. * Control the use of cleaning materials, products, and equipment. * Train and instruct new employees on procedures and safety regulations. * Ensure proper use of PPE by the team. * Serve as a liaison between the team and supervision, relaying requests and incidents. * Organize work schedules, coverage for absences, and breaks when necessary. * Monitor compliance with internal regulations and occupational safety standards. * Request replenishment of materials and report equipment maintenance needs. * Support the team in operational activities when required.
