Opportunity: CLEANING TEAM LEADER FOR RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM Work Location: São Bernardo do Campo (High-End Residential Condominium) Employment Contract: CLT \- \*6-day workweek schedule (6x1): 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM, with alternating weekends on the same shift, or 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM Your responsibilities: Lead and engage the cleaning team, ensuring motivation and development; Develop and manage the rotating shift schedule, lunch breaks, vacations, and coverage for absences. Organize tasks and schedules to ensure productivity and quality; Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper and sustainable usage; Monitor service execution with a focus on quality and safety. Promote good hygiene practices and compliance with regulations. Maintain clear communication between the team and leadership to drive continuous improvement; Requirements: Proven prior experience in residential condominiums (documented in employment record); What we offer: Salary: R$ 2\.100,00 \+ 20% functional allowance \= R$ 2\.520,00 Meal Voucher: R$ 26.03 per day (R$ 676.00 per month) Food Allowance: R$ 205.91 per month; Transportation Voucher paid in cash; Attendance Bonus paid via Meal Voucher: R$ 300.00 (provided no unjustified absences or medical certificates are submitted); Dental Plan (optional); Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Qualification: High School (Secondary Education)
