Implementation of the institution's pedagogical methodology **Alicerce Educação** is seeking undergraduate students committed to social transformation and interested in serving as **Teacher/Class Leader** at the Arandu hub in São Paulo. This role involves delivering academic reinforcement classes and socioemotional development activities for children and adolescents, following the institution's methodology. This opportunity is ideal for university students seeking to develop pedagogical skills, gain practical experience, and contribute to strengthening basic education in the region. **Responsibilities** Deliver educational classes and activities for children and adolescents Apply the institution's pedagogical methodology Monitor student performance and record progress Participate in internal training sessions and pedagogical meetings Prepare biweekly activity plans Ensure a safe and welcoming learning environment **Requirements** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably in Education, Psychology, Languages, Teaching degrees, or related fields) Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Organizational ability and sense of responsibility Familiarity with educational contexts and experience working with children and youth Availability to work in person three times per week **Desirable Qualifications** Prior experience in education, tutoring, academic reinforcement, or social projects Experience working with children and adolescents Conditions **Compensation:** BRL 17.71 per hour **Schedule:** 3 days per week **Additional hours** valid for academic requirements Ongoing professional development Job Type: Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 2 months Payment: BRL 17.71 \- BRL 20.50 per hour Expected Weekly Workload: up to 20 hours per week
