**Job Function/Activity Description:** \- Assist in preparing meals, desserts, snacks, etc.; \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, including collecting and washing trays, cutlery, etc.; \- Assist with general pantry service; \- Perform cleaning duties throughout the restaurant premises; \- Assist in selecting vegetables, meats, fish, and cereals for food preparation; \- Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment. Prerequisites: Completed elementary education; Experience in kitchen operations; Experience handling food. Desirable qualities: A mature, responsible, focused, committed, proactive, analytical, communicative individual with strong learning ability and good interpersonal skills. **Job Objectives:** Support all daily operations of the restaurant. **Housing Requirement:** Americana and Santa Bárbara d’Oeste. **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM, with possible variation of 20 to 40 minutes. 6-day workweek system. Works 3 Sundays and has 1 Sunday off; the worked Sunday is compensated with a weekday off. **Work Location:** On-site – Americana/SP **Benefits:** Cost-of-living allowance of $330.00 on a consumption card. After hiring, participation in monthly tips, approximately R$900.00 to R$1,100.00\.
