Kitchen Assistant Job Description: The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for supporting meal preparation, ensuring organization, hygiene, and quality in the workplace. They will work alongside the chef and other team members, adhering to food safety regulations and company-established standards. OPEN POSITION – KITCHEN ASSISTANT Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation (washing, cutting, sorting, and portioning); Clean and organize kitchen utensils, equipment, and workspace; Assist in plating dishes and preparing meals; Perform cleaning of work areas during and after production; Follow hygiene and food safety standards; Maintain organized inventory and report supply replenishment needs; Support the chef and other professionals as required. Requirements Previous experience in the field (preferred); Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; Flexibility regarding working hours; Ability to work effectively in a team.
