**Macuna is hiring a Kitchen Assistant in Botafogo** The Kitchen Assistant will be directly responsible for supporting kitchen operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and correct execution of processes. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of the establishment and the team’s growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The professional will be responsible for: \- Assisting in food preparation \- Organizing the kitchen \- Sanitizing ingredients and utensils \- Plating dishes according to the establishment’s standards \- Restocking ingredients during operations \- Basic cleaning and organization control \- Supporting the cook and chef **WORK SCHEDULE** \- Work regime: 6x1 rotation (6 working days / 1 day off) **COMPENSATION** Fixed salary: R$ 1\.800,00 Commission / variable pay: Participation according to the establishment’s internal rules, linked to days worked and operational performance.
