




Job Summary: A Kitchen Assistant is responsible for food preparation, organization, and kitchen cleaning, assisting in the preparation of simple dishes and inventory control, requiring agility and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Food preparation and organization for chefs 2. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen with food safety compliance 3. Supporting operational tasks and dish plating * Ingredient preparation: Cutting, chopping, washing, and organizing food items so chefs can prepare dishes. * Organization and cleaning: Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, washing utensils, pots, pans, plates, and maintaining a safe environment for food preparation. * Assistance in food preparation: Helping chefs prepare simple dishes such as salads, sauces, side dishes, etc. * Inventory control: Assisting in ingredient organization and restocking supplies. * Support in operational tasks: Assisting in dish plating and delivering them to waitstaff or directly to customers. The position requires agility, willingness to work in a team, and often adherence to food safety regulations.
