Job Summary: Assist in the food production process, ensuring hygiene, organization, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of various kitchen equipment RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the production process: pre-preparation, preparation, and processing of food; plating; cleaning and manual cutting; operation of equipment (peelers and food processors, deli slicers, thermal counters, freezers, refrigerators, mixers, and manual choppers); prepare coffee; wash pots, utensils, and cutlery; clean and sanitize workstations (floors, walls), equipment, distribution tables and counters, among others. Dispose of solid and liquid waste according to recommended procedures. Remove solid waste from workstations; assist in meal, coffee, juice, and snack distribution; serve at counters (ramp) and other food service areas. Collaborate with the company to comply with internal occupational accident prevention regulations. Perform and/or ensure all quality monitoring activities are carried out. Ensure adherence to service schedules and delivery timelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, as well as proper storage and control of tools, instruments, and equipment. Comply with occupational health and safety guidelines.
