




Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive assistance in food pre-preparation, preparation, and handling—including frying, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Direct assistance in food preparation and handling * Assist with pre-preparation, preparation, food handling, frying, cooking, or plating as directed and instructed by the chef * Portion all foods according to the weight chart * Count portioned items and complete the counting sheet, submitting it to the chef at the end of each shift * Prepare desserts, sweets, and salads as directed and instructed by the chef * Manage food labeling for expiration dates and storage conditions * Always prepare service stations in advance—at the beginning and during shift handover * Responsible for washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes and utensils within the work area * Assist with sanitation, cleaning, and organization of the workplace and food storage areas as directed and instructed by the chef * Be responsible for safeguarding, cleaning, preserving, and maintaining equipment, tools, utensils, and materials provided by the restaurant—including cleaning the stove, hood, fryers, blender, microwave, oven, sink, refrigerators, scale, freezers, and all other work-related tools at the end of each shift * Responsible for proper removal and storage of waste in accordance with the company’s waste collection standards * Immediately notify a supervisor if any equipment, tool, or utensil is found damaged or requires adjustment * Assist with any other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the chef Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.690,00 – R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen Experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
