




Job Summary: Assist the chef or pantry staff in food and utensil preparation, finishing, and cleaning, ensuring functionality and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the preparation and finishing of various kitchen and pantry items 2. Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment and areas 3. Carry out routines for loss and waste prevention 1\. Assist the chef or pantry staff in daily mise-en-place (pre-preparation) before opening; 2\. Assist in the preparation and finishing of all kitchen and pantry items (dishes, desserts, juices, salads, appetizers, breads, etc.); 3\. Sort, season, and prepare food according to the Recipe Card, assisting the chef or pantry staff as needed; 4\. Clean dishes, pots, and utensils; 5\. Clean kitchen and pantry walls and floors, as well as equipment; 6\. Use physical infrastructure, production machinery, and equipment following good handling practices, maintaining full functionality; 7\. Carry out routines for loss and waste prevention; 8\.
