Job Summary: Assist in food preparation, pre-preparation, and plating, while maintaining kitchen and storage area organization and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in plating dishes Bar seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Embu das Artes (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation following instructions from the chef or responsible cook. Perform ingredient pre\-preparation tasks such as cutting, chopping, and peeling foods. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including sanitizing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Assist in plating dishes according to the chef's instructions. Assist in cleaning and organizing food and utensil storage areas.
