Assist in ingredient inventory control and storage A pasta shop is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in São José do Rio Preto (Boa Vista). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, sauces, and fillings. Cut, wash, and sort ingredients used in recipes. Help assemble dishes and portions for sale. Package products and organize food items for display or delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Assist in ingredient and product inventory control and storage. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as an Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
