Teamwork and attention to detail **Position Summary:** Responsible for assisting with operational kitchen activities, including food preparation, sanitation, organization, and inventory control, always adhering to food safety standards and good handling practices. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing, portioning, and plating dishes according to the kitchen team’s instructions. * Wash, sanitize, peel, cut, and perform pre\-preparation of foods as per established standards. * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including work surfaces, utensils, and equipment. * Sanitize dishes, pots, and other materials used. * Assist in receiving and storing goods, verifying product expiration dates and quality. * Strictly follow hygiene, food safety, and internal company procedures. * Support cooks and other team members with daily tasks. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred but not mandatory. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Agility, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and process quality. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Starting from R$1\.700,00 per month Relocation/Mobility Requirement: * Juazeiro do Norte, CE: Relocate\-to or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Experience: * At least 1 year of kitchen experience?
